The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurators or other persons authorised to represent it have been finally convicted within the last five years of participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences related to terrorist activities, money laundering or terrorist financing. If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The tender must comply with all conditions set out in the procurement documents. In a joint tender, an authorised representative must be appointed and a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached. For the bovine tuberculin lot, the bidder must provide the product name, marketing authorisation number, package size as a 5 ml vial, the offered quantity of 40,000 doses, and the unit price in euros excluding VAT, rounded to two decimal places. For the avian tuberculin lot, the bidder must provide the product name, marketing authorisation number, package size as a 5 ml vial, the offered quantity of 500 doses, and the unit price in euros excluding VAT, rounded to two decimal places. The price offer must remain valid for at least 30 days from the opening of tenders.
