Development of software for business process automation and data exchange.

The bidder must not have any of the exclusion grounds set out in § 95(1) points 1–5 and § 95(4) point 12 of the Public Procurement Act. The bidder must confirm in the public procurement register that these exclusion grounds do not apply.

The bidder’s turnover in each of the last two financial years must have been at least EUR 600,000. The bidder must have successfully completed at least three reference projects in the 24 months before the tender was published, and the scope of each project must have included business systems integration; for each reference, the bidder must provide a short project description, the client’s name and contact person, the technologies used, and the systems integrated. The proposed software developer must also have at least three reference projects of the same type in the same 24-month period, and the CV must show these references in the level of detail required by the qualification criteria. The bidder’s average number of employees under employment contracts in each of the last two financial years must have been at least five. The bidder must submit the annual financial statements for the last two years and the relevant evidence or CVs for the references and the developer’s experience.
