Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may be allowed to show self-cleaning measures, where permitted by the procurement documents or by law. The machine-readable notice does not give any more specific exclusion requirements, so they must be checked in the official tender documents.
