Compliance requirements

The contracting authority will exclude a bidder if a ground for exclusion under Section 95(1) and Section 95(4)(8) of the Public Procurement Act applies. The machine-readable notice did not include any more detailed exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the tender documents.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have properly performed at least two similar contracts within the 36 months before the start of the procurement. Under those contracts, UV equipment must have been delivered, installed, commissioned and its readiness for use ensured. The total value of those contracts must be at least EUR 35,000. Similar contracts are those covering the delivery, installation and commissioning of UV equipment on water pipelines and ensuring their readiness for use. The bidder must provide the contract conclusion and performance dates, contract value, a short description of the work performed, the other party’s details, and, in the case of a public procurement, the reference number. The contracting authority may request proof of contract performance. If the bidder relies on the resources of another undertaking to meet the qualification criteria, it must submit the relevant consent document.
