Purchase of furniture components (electrically adjustable table legs and chair wheels)

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies, its procurators, or other persons with authority to represent it have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or any other exclusion ground named in the notice. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The exact exclusion grounds and any possible evidence must be checked in the tender documents.

The bidder’s total net turnover from business activities must have been at least EUR 60,000 in each financial year within the last three completed financial years before the start of the procurement. The bidder must have performed at least 2 contracts in the last 36 months, each worth at least EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, and each concerning the sale, rental, lease or hire of furniture or furniture components. The tender must be prepared in accordance with section 7 of the RSD and include all data, documents, confirmations and forms required in sections 6.1.2–6.1.7 of the RSD, including RSD Annex 1 Forms A, B and C.
