Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorism, money laundering, child labour or any other exclusion ground listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder’s net turnover for the last financial year ended by the start date of the last 3 procurement procedures must be at least EUR 100,000 per year. The bidder must provide the turnover information in the ESPD; if the data is not available in eRHR, it must be submitted separately. The bidder must also prove that it has performed at least 2 similar supply-and-installation contracts worth more than EUR 100,000 excluding VAT within the last 36 months. Similar contracts are furniture fit-out of office premises. A list of contracts must be submitted with the counterparties, contact details, contract subject, value and term, and the procurement reference number if the contracts were awarded through a public procurement procedure. In addition, the bid must include Technical Proposal Form 5, the price schedule Form 4, a joint bidders’ power of attorney Form 3 if applicable, a power of attorney proving representation rights Form 2, and confirmations regarding sanctions, equivalence and the use of legally sourced wood.
