Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking, or offences related to a terrorist act or terrorist activity. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have experience of at least one properly performed construction contract completed within the 60 months before the publication of the contract notice. The contract must have concerned the construction or reconstruction of a building, and similar work means the construction or reconstruction of at least one room or room group that used washable and disinfectable finishing materials, room-specific ventilation and/or pressure regimes, enhanced filtration or a separate ventilation solution, and technical systems for medical, veterinary, laboratory, procedural or other special equipment. The reconstructed or extended area had to be at least 400 m². The bidder must provide a list of projects with client contacts and, if requested, a confirmation letter from the client. For contract performance, the bidder must involve at least a project manager, site manager, certified civil engineer, certified electrical engineer, fire safety expert, designer of security systems, authorised architect, authorised heating, ventilation and cooling engineer, certified automation engineer, and certified water supply and sewerage engineer. Electrical design requires at least a B-class competence certificate. The tender must comply with the tender documents, site inspection is mandatory, and the bidder must submit the required price offer table, proof of site inspection, warranty duration, maximum time for warranty repairs, and confirmation of warranty-period security.
