Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and the related self-cleaning option. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of measures taken to restore reliability where allowed by the procurement documents or applicable law. The exact exclusion grounds and any additional confirmations must be checked in the official tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least two maintenance contracts similar to the subject of the tender within the 36 months before the start of the procurement. For a framework or ongoing contract, at least 1 year must have been completed. The bidder must submit a list of the main contracts with their value, dates, contracting party and contact person; in a public procurement, the reference number must also be shown. On request, the bidder must provide evidence of contract performance. The bidder must also have the specialists needed for proper performance of the contract, with training for maintenance and repair work issued by the equipment manufacturer or an authorised trainer. The bidder must submit a list of those specialists and documents proving the training. In addition, the bidder must have the capability to procure and supply the spare parts needed for the maintenance service; this must be described together with information on manufacturers, authorised dealers or other suppliers. The tender must comply with the procurement documents and, where relevant, equivalence must be explained and evidence attached.
