Procurement of hardware for the creation and deployment of the CISO Campus training infrastructure (Ukraine)

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management bodies have been convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, the use of child labour or other forms of trafficking in human beings, the commission of a terrorist act or other offences related to terrorist activity, or any other exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents. If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. It must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas.

The bidder’s total turnover for the last three financial years must be at least EUR 190,000 in total. To prove technical and professional capacity, the bidder must submit references for at least 2 equivalent contracts completed in the last 36 months; each contract must be a supply contract for computer and/or multimedia equipment and have a value of at least EUR 50,000. The bidder must provide the contract description, total amount, period and, where required, the contracts, client confirmations, recommendations or other documentation proving experience. The tender must comply with the procurement documents, conditional tenders are not allowed, a joint tender must include a power of attorney, and any required documents and sanctions certificate must be submitted if required.
