Compliance requirements

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have properly performed at least two similar contracts within the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement, under which similar oil barrier systems were duly and fully supplied, installed and made ready for use. The total value of those contracts must be at least EUR 35,000. The bidder must provide the contract conclusion and performance dates, value, a short description of the work performed, and the other contracting party’s details (client name, email address, telephone); in the case of a public procurement, also the reference number. On request by the contracting authority, proof of contract performance must be submitted. If the bidder relies on another undertaking’s resources, the relevant consent must be submitted.
