Compliance requirements
The contracting authority will exclude a bidder if a ground for exclusion under § 95(1) and § 95(4)(8) of the Public Procurement Act applies. If the bidder relies on another undertaking’s resources to meet the qualification requirements, the relevant consent must be submitted. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have properly performed at least two similar contracts within the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement, under which similar oil barrier systems were duly and fully supplied, installed and made ready for use. The total value of those contracts must be at least EUR 35,000. The bidder must provide the contract conclusion and performance dates, value, a short description of the work performed, and the other contracting party’s details (client name, email address, telephone); in the case of a public procurement, also the reference number.
