Summary

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder’s net turnover in construction activities must have been at least EUR 708,000 in each of the last three financial years ended by the start of the tender. If the bidder has operated for less than three years, the requirement is assessed on the basis of the financial years available during the operating period. If a financial statement or profit and loss account for a year has not yet been filed with the business register or is not available in the Estonian business register, it must be attached to the tender documents. The bidder must provide a clarification of its turnover for the three most recently ended financial years.
