Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may be asked to provide evidence of self-cleaning, where allowed by the tender documents or applicable law.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must prove that the product has been in real use in Estonia for at least three years at one verifiable reference site. The reference must include the site location, the client, and the time of installation or commissioning. The bid must also include the required photo and technical product sheet if these are required in the tender documents. If any precise qualification or compliance requirement is only set out in the tender documents, it must be checked there.
