Addition/construction of geodetic network points on the territory of the Estonia mine

The bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds under § 95(1) points 1–5 of the Estonian Public Procurement Act apply to it. These include, among other things, convictions for offences related to participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorism, money laundering, human trafficking or illegal use of child labour, as well as tax or social security debt and breach of sanctions. If any of these grounds apply, the bidder is excluded from the procurement procedure.

The bidder and/or its subcontractor must have a qualified person responsible for the works: a surveyor with a valid professional qualification at least level 7, competent to perform higher geodesy works, or with equivalent or better competence. The bidder must submit a copy of the document proving that person's qualification and competence. In addition, the bid must comply with all conditions set out in the procurement documents, and conditional bids are not allowed.
