Procurement of training programme and study visit organisation services on EU integration, economic cooperation and innovation, cybersecurity and e-governance (ESTDEV)

The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds, including no final conviction in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation or corruption, unless the conviction still imposes an exclusion period. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed by the tender documents. The notice also includes mandatory confirmations on tax and social security payments and other standard exclusion checks.

The bidder’s team must include at least 2 members. All team members must have at least 3 years of project management experience with international partners. At least one team member must have experience in designing training programmes and organising study visits, as well as knowledge and practical experience in the field of EU integration. The bid must include the team members’ previous work experience on the contracting authority’s CV form for Lot 1. The bidder must also submit the bid in the required structure and confirm compliance with the tender documents.
