Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice included exclusion grounds for criminal organisation participation, corruption, fraud and other standard mandatory exclusion grounds. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may be asked to provide evidence of self-cleaning and, where applicable, proof may be available electronically. The exact list and wording of all exclusion grounds must be checked in the official tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or suitability requirements beyond the standard ESPD-related confirmations. The bidder must confirm compliance with the tender documents, submit the required participation application form, provide technical documentation for the offered products, and confirm that the products are entered in the Food and Veterinary Office database for food supplements and special foods. The bidder must also be the official representative of the offered products or have the manufacturer’s written consent. For joint tenders, a joint bidder authorisation is required. The exact requirements must be checked in the official tender documents.
