Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation participation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and other mandatory exclusion checks. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may have to provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The machine-readable notice does not give a complete plain-language list of all exclusion grounds, so the official tender documents must be checked.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 construction contract in the last 60 months for the construction or reconstruction of a water-related structure, such as a floating pier, landing bridge, marina, slipway or similar facility. The bidder must provide the contract name, client name and contact details, description of the contract object, contract value and performance period; if the contract was awarded through a public procurement procedure, the procurement reference number must also be provided. The compliance conditions also require confirmation that the tender complies with the tender documents, that the price is submitted in the required cost table format, and that equivalence is explained and supporting evidence is attached where needed.
