Compliance requirements
The bidder and its management body members must not have been finally convicted within the last 5 years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or any other exclusion grounds listed in the ESPD. If such a ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures, where permitted. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have prior experience in selling forklifts/loaders: within the 36 calendar months before the publication of the tender, at least 1 forklift similar to the subject of this tender must have been sold. To prove this, the bidder must provide a description of previous contracts or sales together with their value, dates and the other contracting party. If the bid is a joint bid, a power of attorney for the joint bidders’ representative must be submitted; if it is not a joint bid, the bidder must confirm that no joint bid is being submitted. To demonstrate compliance of the offer, the bidder must submit the completed technical compliance form, the loader product sheet, the CoC conformity certificate, the manufacturer’s ISO 9001 quality management system certificate, and confirmations regarding the EU Stage V engine, delivery time, warranty, maintenance capability, absence of sanctions issues and compliance of the offer.
