Compliance requirements
The notice includes mandatory exclusion grounds. The bidder or its managers must not have final convictions in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking, and other similar exclusion grounds listed in the tender passport. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to show self-cleaning measures where allowed. The exact full list and any proof requirements must be checked in the official tender documents.
