If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may, where allowed, provide evidence of self-cleaning and restored reliability. Precise exclusion details must be checked in the official tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must confirm this in the ESPD and, if requested, provide the last three annual accounts or another proof of turnover. The notice also requires confirmation that the bid complies with the tender documents, that the bidder has the required registrations and competences for performance, and that the required price form is completed correctly. If the bidder offers equivalent products, the equivalence table must be submitted. Precise technical and qualification details must be checked in the official tender documents.
