The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including no final convictions in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking, and terrorist offences, unless the exclusion period has expired. The bidder must also confirm that any self-cleaning measures taken can be demonstrated if an exclusion ground applies. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must meet the qualification requirements in the tender documents. The machine-readable notice states that the bidder’s net turnover for the last financial year ended by the start of the procurement must be at least EUR 300,000. Joint bidders may combine their figures. For technical and professional capacity, the bidder must provide a list of bridge, viaduct, tunnel or ecoduct construction contracts completed within the 60 months before the start of the procurement, and evidence that the works were performed properly. The notice also refers to the need to submit the required declarations and, on request, financial statements or other supporting documents.
