The bidder must also confirm whether self-cleaning measures have been taken and whether the information is electronically available, where applicable.

From the tender documents, the bidder must confirm compliance with the tender documents, submit the manufacturer’s technical description or documentation for the offered device, and provide a detailed price offer table with separate prices for all accessories included in the set, including the water distiller and water softening unit. The warranty and maintenance terms require at least a 12-month warranty, warranty work at the bidder’s expense, weekday technical support by email and phone with a response time of no more than 3 working days, repair and maintenance availability in Estonia after the warranty period, and a technical support provider certified by the manufacturer.
