Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management or authorised representatives have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences related to terrorist activities, use of child labour or human trafficking, money laundering or terrorist financing. The bidder must also confirm the absence of any other exclusion grounds requested in the ESPD. If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit self-cleaning measures where permitted.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have properly performed at least 3 contracts similar to the subject of the procurement within the 60 months preceding the publication of the contract notice. A similar contract means exhibition construction works involving the manufacture and installation of custom-made furniture for an exhibition area of at least 100 m². If the information provided in the ESPD is insufficient, the contracting authority may request additional evidence, such as a signed handover certificate, a contract or other document proving performance of the contract. The bid must comply with all conditions set out in the tender documents, and conditional bids are not allowed.
