Compliance requirements

The bidder and its management or representative body members must not have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or any other serious offence listed in the notice. The bidder must also hold a valid activity licence from the Heritage Board for the restoration of monuments.
