Testing resource

The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds, including criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and other mandatory grounds set out in the procurement documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may, where allowed, provide evidence of self-cleaning. The machine-readable notice did not include all precise details; they must be checked in the official tender documents.

The bidder’s net turnover for each of the last 2 financial years must have been at least EUR 135,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must be able to provide one tester for contract performance. A CV must be submitted in the form of Annex 3 and it must meet the requirements set out there, including the general requirements at the end of the CV form. The contracting authority will assess compliance based on the submitted information.
