Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice contained the standard exclusion grounds, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, as well as the usual tax, social security and professional misconduct grounds. The bidder must also be able to demonstrate self-cleaning measures where applicable. The exact list and any detailed wording must be checked in the official tender documents.
