Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds in the ESPD, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and other mandatory exclusion grounds under the tender documents and Estonian procurement law. The bidder must also confirm that it has not involved subcontractors or suppliers covered by the EU sanctions restriction described in the compliance conditions, and that it does not use a subcontractor subject to replacement under the relevant exclusion rule. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed.
