An equivalent reference means construction or reconstruction works in an occupied building where continuity of use, user safety and minimisation of disruption had to be ensured. For the reference, the bidder must describe the building’s use, that the building remained in use during the works, and the working conditions. If competence cannot be verified from the official qualification register, proof must be provided on the contracting authority’s request.
