Compliance requirements

The machine-readable notice contains the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and terrorist offences. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The notice also includes the usual confirmations that the bidder must answer in the ESPD/tender documents.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must show prior experience in the production and/or sale of various search and rescue equipment. Within the 36 months before the start of the procurement, the bidder must have properly performed at least one contract or order related to the subject matter of the procurement for at least one EU Member State or candidate country, worth at least EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. The bid must include the compliance matrix and the bid submission form, and for each offered product the bidder must state whether it is offered, the unit price and the delivery time in calendar days. If an equivalent product is offered, equivalence must be explained and supporting evidence provided if needed.
