Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds, especially criminal convictions such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, as well as other mandatory exclusion grounds set out in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may have to provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The machine-readable notice did not include all precise exclusion details; they must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bid must include the contract description, value, dates, the other contracting parties and their contact details, and, in a public procurement, the reference number. The bid must comply with all tender document requirements, and where necessary the bidder must submit evidence of equivalence and the completed Annex 4 cost form.
