Operating lease of an M1G or N1G category vehicle

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences related to terrorist activity, money laundering or terrorist financing, and any other exclusion grounds listed in the contract notice. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is allowed. The exact list of exclusion grounds and any exceptions must be checked in the tender documents.

The bid must include the bidder’s completed Annex 1 and Annex 3, and the bidder must confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents. Conditional bids and alternative bids are not allowed. In a joint bid, the power of attorney of the joint bidders must be attached. The bid price must be entered according to the structure on the worksheet titled ‘Award criteria and evaluated indicators’. The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or suitability requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
