Data storage system

The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds under Estonian procurement law, especially convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other serious offences. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may be allowed to demonstrate self-cleaning measures where the tender documents or the law permit it. The bidder must submit a technical tender for the data storage system and expansion enclosure in enough detail for the contracting authority to verify compliance with the technical specification. A completed price form must be submitted. If the bid is a joint bid, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached. If the bidder relies on equivalence, it must explain this where necessary and provide supporting evidence. The bid must comply with the tender documents, and conditional bids are not allowed.
