Compliance requirements
The tender notice includes the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning where allowed by law or by the tender documents. The machine-readable notice did not include any more specific exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents. For the small vessel, the bidder must provide the make and model, a web link or technical description of the offered item, and, where required, samples, descriptions or photos. If equivalence is relied on, the bidder must explain it and attach evidence of equivalence. In a joint bid, an authorised representative and a power of attorney from the joint bidders are required. The bid price must be submitted in the prescribed structure, and all attachments required by the technical specification must be included.
