Design and construction of automatic fire alarm and evacuation lighting systems for Nunne 18 building

The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation participation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, as well as the related self-cleaning possibility where applicable. The bidder must confirm the absence of these grounds and provide the required dates, explanations, identification details and evidence if any ground applies. For subcontractors, the documents also require confirmation that no subcontractor subject to replacement under the Public Procurement Act will be used, and first-tier subcontractors are checked during contract performance.

The bidder must submit at least three properly completed reference contracts from the last 60 months for the design and construction of security systems, including automatic fire alarm systems, in heritage-protected buildings. Each reference object must have a closed net area of at least 1,000 m², and the data must be provided on the form required in the tender documents. The bidder must also involve a designer holding a Level 6 professional certificate for security systems design and competence in fire alarm system design and evacuation lighting design. During the works, an object manager or project manager with a Level 5 professional certificate for responsible security systems specialist and competence in fire alarm system installation and maintenance, as well as evacuation lighting installation and maintenance, must be involved. If the specialists are not part of the bidder’s own staff, their consent to participate in contract performance must be attached. The bid must comply with all tender document requirements and include the required details of the persons directly involved in performance.
