Purchase of crawler excavator

The contracting authority checks whether the bidder has tax debts or whether insolvency proceedings have been initiated against it. A foreign bidder must provide the relevant data on request or as part of the bid if requested. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents.

The bidder must have an average annual turnover of at least EUR 429,000 per year for the three financial years 2023–2025. If the bidder is not an Estonian company, it must submit a signed copy of its annual accounts or similar documents as proof. The bidder must have at least 3 years of experience in the production and/or supply of construction or earthmoving machinery, including crawler excavators, and in supporting commissioning, during the 36 months before the publication of the tender.
