Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including convictions related to participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and other grounds listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may be asked to explain self-cleaning measures. The exact grounds and any detailed conditions must be checked in the tender documents.
