Compliance requirements

The bidder must demonstrate technical and professional capability with at least two contracts performed during the 120 months preceding the start of the procurement. Those contracts must concern the supply, installation and related construction works of ozonation technology at a water treatment plant with a capacity of at least 30,000 m³/day. Each contract must have had a value of at least EUR 1,000,000 excluding VAT. In addition, the company must have an implemented quality management system meeting at least ISO 9001 requirements, proven by a certificate, an equivalent document or a description of the quality management system.
