The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or suitability criteria; these must be checked in the tender documents. The compliance requirements state that the bid must be properly prepared and include at least a written confirmation that the device is new, a technical description of the device type, model and quantity, the device price including transport and installation to the specified location, the project completion date or duration, installation requirements, warranty period and terms, a description of after-sales service and spare parts support, and confirmation that the bid remains valid for at least 4 months from the submission deadline.
