Purchase of a log measuring device

The machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents. The selected documents only state that the bidder must confirm the offer is not subject to international sanctions and that the supplied goods do not originate from sanctioned areas.

The bidder’s net turnover for each of the last three completed financial years must be at least EUR 700,000 per year. In addition, the bidder must have completed at least one order for a log measuring device similar to the contract object within the last 36 months, operating in Nordic winter conditions at temperatures of approximately -30 to +40 °C. The relevant information and confirmation must be submitted on Form 1. If the precise qualification, suitability or compliance requirements need to be clarified, they must be checked in the tender documents.
