Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the usual exclusion grounds, especially participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other convictions or bans listed in the ESPD. If such a ground exists, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning where permitted. The machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the official tender documents.
