Compliance requirements
The bidder and its management body members are checked against the standard exclusion grounds: participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, and money laundering or terrorist financing. If any of these grounds apply, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The exact exclusion conditions and any possible remediation options must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
