Compliance requirements

The bidder and its management body members are checked against the standard exclusion grounds: participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, and money laundering or terrorist financing. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have prepared at least two public water supply and sewerage development plans in the last 36 months. At least one of them must comply with all requirements of sections 13, 14 and 15 of the current Water Supply and Sewerage Act, or be an equivalent water management strategic document for a wastewater collection area with a pollution load exceeding 10,000 population equivalents. The team performing the work must include an authorised water supply and sewerage engineer, EQF level 8. The bidder must also confirm that the tender complies with the procurement documents, and in the case of a joint tender, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be submitted.
