The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including no final conviction for participation in a criminal organisation or corruption within the last five years, unless the disqualification period has expired. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed by the tender documents. The bidder must submit CVs of the trainers in the prescribed form and copies or extracts of documents proving their qualifications. Each offered lot must have at least 2 trainers in the team. If the bid is submitted for several lots, a separate training plan must be submitted for each lot in the prescribed form. The bidder must be able to provide online training if needed and state the relevant learning environment during contract performance.
