Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including no final conviction for participation in a criminal organisation or corruption within the last five years, unless the disqualification period has expired. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must submit CVs of the trainers in the prescribed form and copies or extracts of documents proving their qualifications. Each offered lot must have at least 2 trainers in the team. All trainers included in the bid must meet the requirements set out in the tender documents and in point 12 of the technical specification, and their CVs must be signed by the trainers themselves. If the bid is submitted for several lots, a separate training plan must be submitted for each lot in the prescribed form. The bidder must be able to provide online training if needed and state the relevant learning environment during contract performance. The submitted training plan will be evaluated according to the award methodology.
