The bidder must submit the project manager’s CV and a team description, including roles, responsibilities, and a plan for involving and coordinating volunteers. The bidder must confirm that, by the time the contract is signed at the latest, it will have legally compliant conditions for storing and handling food. If the bidder wants extra points for regional initiatives, it must provide a description with concrete examples. The bid must also include confirmation of environmentally friendly solutions, a joint-bid power of attorney if applicable, and a declaration and justification if any information is treated as trade secret.
