Compliance requirements
Tenderers originating from third countries are excluded. Third countries are countries that are not EU Member States, EEA countries, parties to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, or countries with which the EU has a reciprocal free trade agreement covering public procurement. The tenderer must state its country of origin, meaning the country where the company is registered.
