Under the compliance conditions, the bidder must confirm when submitting the tender that the offer complies with all requirements set out in the procurement documents, that the tender price is submitted in the required structure, and that equivalence is explained and supporting evidence is attached where necessary. If the contracting authority refers in the technical specification or other documents to a standard, trademark, process, origin or similar reference, it must be understood as including the words “or equivalent”.
