Enterprise Resource Planning Software
Summary
The tender concerns the procurement and implementation of enterprise resource planning software. The bidder must take into account the revenue requirement for the last three completed financial years, at least two suitable ERP implementation references in manufacturing companies, and the tender compliance and form requirements. The tender must include the technical requirements form, a price offer, and, where applicable, the joint tender power of attorney and the cost breakdown form.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have annual sales revenue of at least EUR 300,000 for each of the last three completed financial years. For bidders established outside Estonia, the contracting authority may request signed financial statements or equivalent evidence.
The bidder must have completed at least two ERP software implementation projects with ERP functionality in manufacturing companies within the last three years. The implemented solution must support data and business processes between at least two companies, either through the ERP system’s standard multi-company functionality or through an integration solution between ERP systems. The reference projects must cover automatic synchronization or standard data exchange of at least product master data, customers and suppliers, sales orders and purchase orders, inventory balances or movements, production-related data, and financial data. For each reference project, the bidder must provide enough information to verify the customer, project description, completion date, multi-company solution, scope of synchronized data, and a verification contact. Incomplete references may be rejected for qualification purposes.
