The bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds under the Public Procurement Act apply. The notice also includes a national exclusion ground related to restrictions based on the bidder’s place of establishment or residence; if the contracting authority has set such a restriction in the tender documents, the bidder must answer the related questions. If the bid is a joint bid, all joint bidders must also confirm the absence of exclusion grounds.

The bidder must have performed at least one sewer line cleaning and/or pressure washing service contract within the 36 months before the start of the procurement, with a value of at least EUR 10,000. The contract does not have to be completed, but it must have been performed to at least the required extent. The bidder must provide the contract value, performance period and contracting party. If the bidder relies on another company’s resources, a written consent from that company must be submitted, and that company must not be subject to exclusion grounds and must meet the qualification requirements for the indicators relied on by the bidder.
