Summary
The tender concerns the purchase of a wood scanner. The bidder must be registered, be the manufacturer of the equipment or its official representative or authorised reseller, and provide at least three suitable references for the supply and installation of wood scanners. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must be registered in the commercial register or an equivalent register in its country of establishment. A bidder registered outside Estonia must submit a certificate from the competent authority in its country of establishment; for bidders registered in Estonia, the contracting authority will verify the registration itself from a public database. The bidder must be the manufacturer of the equipment offered in the tender, the manufacturer’s official representative, or an authorised reseller, and must provide a written confirmation from the manufacturer in free form. The bidder must prove that, before the publication date of the contract notice, it has supplied and properly installed at least three wood scanners in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden or Finland; they must process birch wood in the same dimensions as used by ScandiWood Eesti OÜ and be technically similar to or more complex than the offered product. A list of references and the annexes required in the tender documents must also be submitted.
