Compliance requirements
The contracting authority excludes a bidder if the exclusion grounds listed in Section 95(1) of the Public Procurement Act apply, and may exclude a bidder if the grounds in Section 95(4) apply. The bidder must also confirm that no national exclusion ground based on the bidder’s place of residence or establishment applies if the tender documents impose such a restriction. The notice does not provide more detailed exclusion requirements; they must be checked in the tender documents.
