Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have valid professional liability insurance of at least EUR 1,000,000. The bidder’s net turnover for each of the last three years must have been at least EUR 1,000,000 per year. The bidder must have maintenance/service capability located in Estonia and be able to respond within 24 hours on a working day. The manufacturer of the air purification equipment must, within the last 10 years, have manufactured, installed and handed over at least 2 air purification units with a capacity of at least 25,000 m³/h in a demanding production environment; the process air odour level before purification must have been at least 8,000 OU/m³ or another suitable odour-intensive industry, preferably the fish industry. At least 1 reference must be from the Nordic countries or the Baltic States and from an odour-intensive industry site.
