Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds beyond the standard criminal-conviction grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents. The bidder must confirm the absence of exclusion grounds such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other listed grounds, and may need to provide self-cleaning information and supporting evidence where applicable.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification, suitability or compliance criteria; these must be checked in the tender documents. As compliance requirements, the bidder must submit the technical description form, the manufacturer’s technical documentation, documents confirming conformity, and, if requested, product samples within 5 working days. All offered products must bear the CE mark, comply with MDR 2017/745 and be DEHP-free.
